These general terms of service govern the relationship between VANILIJA STUDIO d.o.o. za usluge (OIB: 12970411840, Borongajska cesta 94, Zagreb) and visitors of this website and users of our services.
Scope of services
Vanilija Studio d.o.o. provides software development services, production and distribution of ebooks, and setup and operation of e-commerce solutions. The scope of each individual service is agreed separately with the client.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia, with the Commercial Court in Zagreb having jurisdiction over any disputes.
These are the company's general terms of service. Purchasing a specific product or service (e.g. an ebook, a software license, a subscription) is governed by the specific terms of service and privacy policy listed on that product's page or at the point of purchase.
